Our opening night was celebrated with all our friends, old and new ones.

Giorgos Argitakis played 33′ and 45′ vinyl records including swing’n’roll, east coast blues and boogie sounds, wine and cocktails were flowing and the party went on until the first morning hours. We welcomed our friends with treat of a glass of Prosecco and finger food: baby potatoes stuffed with Xigalo cheese and smoked herring, bread sticks wrapped with prosciutto, potato velvet soup with truffle oil, bruschetta with chicken liver pâté.
