In a private event for hospitality professionals we tasted the 6 types of Valrhona Chocolate Grand Crus.

It was a unique chocolate tasting and exploration of its taste combinations.

The 1st part of the presentation included combinations of Valrhona with beer by Beer Sommelier Christos Siomos from Genius in Gastronomy.

In the 2nd part George Loukas, accredited Greek Sommelier and wine trainer, guided our guests through combinations of every type of chocolate with wines, among which Gerovassiliou Syrah 2008 and Torres 5 Brandy Solera Reserva.

Finally our Giorgos Loukas took over the 3rd part of the presentation combining Valrhona with various speciality coffees from around the world.
