However his love for wine and hospitality services led him to Warehouse. When he doesn't manage businesses, you will find him tasting wines, keeping notes for taste profiles in his secret notebook, attending the Wine Expert Masterclass or just enjoying a glass of well aged Syrah.
Giorgos Loukas is the man behind the speciality coffee concept at Warehouse. Barista expert and coffee connoisseur he has brought all his knowledge to the coffee grinders of the place. Giorgos is the person you will ask about coffee production, coffee flavors, acidities, even about that small area in Guatemala which produces this exceptional blend that smells wonderful in your cup. SCAE Hellas Communications Coordinator and Greek Champion in Coffee in Good Spirits (2010), accredited Q Grader and SCAE trainer (AST), in his free time he makes coffee from all around the world at Warehouse.
Anastasis is the person you want to see welcoming you behind the bar. Always smiling, polite and stylish, he has a love for the speakeasy era. He likes experimenting with taste and always has an exceptional premium proposal for the demanding customers. He has worked for the best bars in Greece and you can taste that in his cocktails. Vassilis Geogleris is the chef behind all food menus of Warehouse. His love for detail combined with his experience in various all-day bistro restaurants in Athens, result in a balance between food and wine in all his menus. If you add his passion for cooking, you can understand where all these great tastes come from! Since the beginning of his studies at “Le Monde” cooking school, he decided that this was his dream. Always giving priority to the client, he loves creating dishes that satisfy all tastes, even the most demanding. His goal is to keep whoever visits Warehouse returning again and again!
